Thanks for sharing, I really enjoyed seeing all the X's that attended and a few other exotic cats at Cosford, shame I couldn't make it this year as we moved to Scotland a few years ago from the Midlands, but at least I was lucky enough for my X to win best in show back in 2016.
Totally welcome. Sorry there wasn't more than the 6 minutes odd of footage that I had. As with every show I visit with the best of intentions to get some great footage to cover all the cars but often get sidetracked 🤣!
@@xlyte_performance I know pal, The most interesting part of any show is meeting the people and the story of the cars and before you know it the show's ending. Hope to meet you at one of them one day
I would have been in heaven if I was there.i have a 2005 2litre X type love her to bits.wish I had more money to get her back to her full glory.beautiful cars.
Hey just found your channel 🤔 Its really nice to see some enthusiasm for the X type . Yours is a Beauty looks very tasteful 👍 I bought my X type as a stopgap car That was just over 10 yrs ago lol Can’t imagine life without mine . Gotta ask about your front lights I’ve never seen that modification before . Must admit i like it 😉 Ive kept mine relatively standard its Lowered with H&R springs and bilstone shocks thats about it 🤔 Like your wheels too 👍
Thank you very much for the positivity and support. My X was meant to be a stop gap car too but fell in love with it. I was the first to commercially launch a proper halo lighting system for the X-type almost 4 years ago and the interest has only increased with time. You're always welcome to ask questions. I'm pretty responsive through my Facebook page but you can also reach me by email if you prefer - quadcamturbo@gmail.com
@@xlyte_performance Your welcome 😉 Wow so are you behind those Halo lights thats really cool . I’m not on Facebook but i have just screenshoted your email . I’m actually really interested in those lights i think it would give my car that extra glitz it needs . Mine is black with black interior . No body kits or spoilers or dare i say it lots of crome lol 😳 Very much like the standard look the ride hight of the Standard car buged me hence why I got it lowered 🤔 I think those lights would look awsome on it 👍 By the sounds of it I love my X type just as much as you love yours 😂 It’s a shame they are disappearing fast I hardly ever see them anymore . Will give you an email later tonight if thats ok 👍 Thanks 😊
@@B.a.S.t.A.r.D. sounds awesome man. Include some photos of your car - always nice to see what my lights go on! Something special about a "black on black" car, just looks a bit evil. The right lights can really transform it, even down to a simple change of internal colours and a simple halo set. I've recently added an S Type R anthracite internal colour availability which can work well on darker cars to not entirely lose the lights as if they were tinted. Can discuss more over email as and when. Again, thank you for the positivity in your messages here. Always nice to see so much of it around for the X-Type (there are still over 35k on the roads today don't forget!)
Wow, beautiful x-types
Love it 💯‼️
Very nice
Great event
Nice to see so many there!
I went with my son, fantastic day, lots of lovely Jags too, particularly the XJ6's (my dream car!) and a red two tone Daimler. Great museum too.
