The C1P was my first machine which I learnt to program with. Eventually I had two with a disk drive and the Vortex OS. Happy days.

Mine to, a C1P MF. I still have it in storage somewhere.

The s100 far outlasted these machines. But I agree these are much more like the earlier machines in at least some ways. Very interesting machines. Thanks for showing them.

Neat machines, they would be a lot of fun to play around with.

This would have been a great machine in 1977. Not one I'd ever heard of.

I was told that the Apple-1 Computer did also have a problem with the back-space key, that is was not working as it should. Back in those days there was a lot to improve on computing.
If I could go back in time I would change only one thing, all computers should be set up is a modulair system with standard connectors. Like what is done in the RC2014 computers. It would be so much easier to take one segment out and replace it with another. Then there would not have been a mountain of obsolete computer boards that can't be upgraded or expanded.

Yes, there were few standards. I guess that occurs with any, early technology.

I own the Model 600 from a friend. Has some bad key debounce. Don't know why. But the machine works. Now I will build a nice enclosure of wood

These OSI machines are real hobbiest rigs.

That looks like a 502 main board from a C2-4P in the C4P box. The C4P-MF uses a 505 main board with a 6502A processor. I used a c4pmf for years before putting it in storage. Now I'm afraid to power it up.

Yea, a lot of us are like that. It's a bit like Schoder's cat. It's neither dead or alive until you open the box (i.e. throw the on switch).
