Hi, I’m on the spectrum of autism, and I’m a really slow learner I have been bullied for my voice lately, and I have lost all of my confidence and singing slowly by slowly but I don’t know how to boost that confidence up again

Oh so right. I think your teachings apply to all our singing -not just high notes. They are what made Sinatra and Schipa the great singers they were. Many others as well.
I look at it this way. People want to be moved when they hear me sing. They want to feel the joy of music. Its my job to create this for them. That's entertainment.
As a gigging singer, you cannot sing pro level without guts....Lots of guts....and have a mindset of a never ending journey of improvement and growth. Because a "good" singer is a dime a dozen.
That "desperate scream" sounds controlled to me 😅😆 BTW I have a concern regarding my breathing and other vocal technique. Lately my vocal eange and my chest-head voice connection has been good and high notes and belting has been so much easier for me. However, is it still possible that I have poor vocal technique, that I can definitely hit high notes with relative ease even with improper vocal technique, even if I'm pretty much convinced that my voice sounds good ? Asking this because I still fear that my high notes may actually still sound bad and that my voice may deteriorate with poor technique. Thank you very much!
