Before his BTAS designs, Barbara/Batgirl was always drawn as a tall masculine woman, but after Timm redesigned Batgirl as a petite girl with a cute look, the comics and other cartoons started to take that design over. Batgirl: Year One's look of Babs is nearly identical to the BTAS design.
in the future ,when an artist is right handed film over his left shoulder if possible...over the right all you see is his hand moving and not the drawing in progress

And yet, there is a lot to learn from this angle. You can see his light touch, and how his wrist moves a lot but his fingers less.
