    I lost 45 in year I don't make myself hungry by going too hard with exercise and do a calorie deficit

    I started swimming a little over a month ago and I lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks. My breathing changed for the better as well. However I slowed down because I strained my thoracic muscles. (Who knew I had those LOL. But I am back at it.) 1 hour a day. Guess I need to down load Swim Pro.

    Wait did you say you was working 20 hours a week? 😂😂😂 i do 25 hours in 2 days and still have 4 days left to go! 20hrs is pathetic.
