I’m getting ready to paint my front door. It’s definitely in need, it’s looking pretty bad. The first thing people see when they come to your home is your front door. It needs to look good. Love that color.
That colour is beautiful and Nieman is a great painter great helpmate you guys work so well together I always enjoy watching your DIYs thank you so much for sharing have a great day and God bless you both
I did my first project with Silk paint in Anchor for my office bookshelves. I LOVE how easy it was!! Thank you for sharing the instructions and building up my confidence before I started. 🙌
I loved seeing the 2 of you working together. I love the color of the mixing of the 2. I am making a note of that for a future project! You are so fortunate to have a landlord who lets you make changes.
He he he… Lauren in teacher mode 🤣 I do the same to my family… can’t help being a teacher! You guys are so cute❣️ Love the door! I need to re do mine, this was great inspiration! Need some Dixiebell
I have just gotten a few blues in Silk for several pieces and have just these two for the debate on how to deep blue but not too deep for a twin bed and trundle. This is a good resolution to my problem. And you two work well together. It is so nice to see. Thank you for a great tutorial.
WOW, that color is so beautiful. I have a question, with silk paint do you sand in between coats? I love Neiman’s sense of humor. You two are so cute together. Love your videos!
It turned out really nice. Never thought of using chalk paint for an exterior door. I didn't catch it, but are you going to put some sort of sealant or wax on?

I love Neiman’s sense of humor. You two are so cute together. Love your videos!
You should do a light scuff sand before painting with Silk paint but you do not need to sand in between coats or before the topcoat.
Really loved the color
