Great episode. I have dealt with mental health issues for several years. Some help through prescription meds, some through psychiatry. The main thing is to recognize your suffering mentally and to convince yourself to seek professional help.

I wish people would realize that wrestlers and other athletes are people too and have the same mental health issues as those who aren’t in those professions.
