नीट केस में Supreme Court ने कहा-हमारे पाप Paper leak के कोई सबूत नहीं है। 3300 से ज्यादा कैंडिडेट्स को गलत पेपर बांटा गया, ट्रांसपोर्टेशन के समय पेपर लीक नहीं हुआ, कोर्ट ने कहा कि शक है, लेकिन पेपर स्ट्रांग रुम से पहले लीक हुआ। चार मई को पहला बयान आरोपी अनुराग यादव का दर्ज हुआ..उसके बाद नीतेश कुमार बयान दर्ज हुआ..अमित आनंद और सिकंदर कुमार ने भी बिहार पुलिस के सामने बयान दर्ज कराया। इसके बाद सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार महेता ने कहा कि अमित आनंद मिडिलमैन है वो चार मई की रात छात्रों को इकट्ठा कर रहाा था, नीतेश कुमार वहां मौके पर मौजूद था जहां छात्रों को सुबह पेपर मिला और छात्रों को आंसर रटाया गया।

After this, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that Amit Anand is a middleman, he was collecting the students on the night of May 4, Nitish Kumar was present at the spot where the students got the paper in the morning and the answers were memorized to the students.
