Then Dyson very kindly replaced the whole machine as it was still under warranty. Now, I know exactly what to do. After watching your video, I cleaned the bin immediately. hi Rose Baby, Great tutorial :) I thought I was the only one who loved to keep my vacuum spic and span. I noticed you didn't clean the hair and debris that gets stuck in the tiny roller wheels on the vacuum heads. I carefully use a stitch ripper to help remove the hair stuck there :)

The motor powers are not measured in horsepower, the V10 motor will put out 125,000rpms though. It’s a very powerful machine. It’s more powerful than the V8 and don’t get me wrong the V8 still a very powerful vacuum. Hope that was helpful!
