Hi Jehan, any reason why you put eggs in your dough this time? Your previous recipes did not have eggs. Just curious.
Eggs add richness to the dough. You can make either one, it's up to you.
Can I freeze,after baking or before baking?
Both!
Can I leave the eggs out?
Yes, but it won't have a shiny golden color.
