  • Sifu Simon Lau is a master practitioner of Wing Chun Kung Fu, a pioneer of martial arts in the West who has been teaching in London since the 1970s. Simon has been featured in many documentaries such as BBC's Way of the Warrior, and Channel 4's The Living Body.
    In keeping with warrior tradition, Simon has focused his life on healing as much as training, and is a sincere practitioner of Qi Gong, Herbal Medicine and Astrology. Simon believes in a full constitutional diagnosis to treat the root cause of people's challenges.
    Simon Joins me for his first media appearance in many years, and we dive deep into a discussion on his early life, Qi Gong, Spirituality and many more topics.

    I'll never forget that one day training in his class, the whole class just stood there while he was talking about philosophy for the whole lesson, then he bowed and said 'see you next week'

    Thank you so much for this 🙏 Started with Master Lau in 1989 in Shepherds Bush, then moved to the Center in south Kensington. Was with him about 6 years and he taught me so very much. It was brilliant 😊 Love the Master to bits and owe him so much for his insights and teachings 🙏 Wished he had done more on RUclips, but nice to see him looking so well 👍🙏 Please thank him from me for all he gave me and thank you so much for this video, it has brought back so many priceless memories and wisdoms he taught me 🙏 Take care.     Actually Simon Lau was not the first to introduce Wing Chun in England. That was Lee Shing, more than a decade earlier.
