Wing Chun Legend Simon Lau | Full Interview

Sifu Simon Lau is a master practitioner of Wing Chun Kung Fu, a pioneer of martial arts in the West who has been teaching in London since the 1970s. Simon has been featured in many documentaries such as BBC's Way of the Warrior, and Channel 4's The Living Body.
In keeping with warrior tradition, Simon has focused his life on healing as much as training, and is a sincere practitioner of Qi Gong, Herbal Medicine and Astrology. Simon believes in a full constitutional diagnosis to treat the root cause of people's challenges.
Simon Joins me for his first media appearance in many years, and we dive deep into a discussion on his early life, Qi Gong, Spirituality and many more topics.
