      But does he even dream about leaving power 😂😂😂.... Uganda is a very rich country if you dig deep historically... patriotism is a dream far from Mr M7...how could Uganda be without an operational railway line for this long yet him found Uganda Railways cooperation active...so for me I just pray to God that the wheels of time increases more speed 😀

      I think the number of bridges both under pass and fly overs plus the land ownership policy in Uganda not forgetting profit on borrowed money, cost of shipping materials and machinery to a land locked country is what makes it expensive otherwise you may not file any corruption case here.

The police patrols keep on patrolling the entire road to ensure safety and also you are given a contact at the toll gate incase you get into trouble. Ambulances are also there and the contact given helps to call them incase of any problem

  • @ggmb1032
    @ggmb1032 Год назад +1

    We already know the roads in Kampala are the worst in the world. But also Uganda needs to buy trucks that sweep and wash roads to keep this highway clean. If the highway cost Uganda that much then they need to keep it clean. They did a good job on this one. What also makes this highway look good, is less congestion but Uganda's roads are full of motorcycles. If Uganda can reduce corruption, increase the education level of most Ugandans and change presidential terms to two term limits, then Uganda's potential is limitless.

      It's rated expensive because alot to of money exchanged hands on that road. It was a scandle. It's not said to be expensive because of high quality but hyped costs due to corruption. Are u aware that road each kilometer was budget $1m and same quality road @ kilometer costed $200000 on thika road Kenya!. That's how museveni government operates. You get the actual cost of something then ×3/4/5 if u cant break that deal as tender company , you loose the government tender to the company that is ready to serve the corrupt officials. Thats the game.
