N Ross Actually, I prefer the 90's metal soundtrack of the original games. The new one is pretty good though
*MIDI versions of 90s metal with no actual guitars... lets not forget that. If anything, the new soundtrack being a fusion of electronic and metal sounds makes it a perfect update of the original.
Henry Hill It indeed suits the game, but sounds more like something i'd hear in a Quake 1 remaster. I'd prefer to slay demons to the sound of good old heavy/thrash metal
Marcos Diógenes Each to their own, I really wouldn't though to be honest. It suits old-school graphics but not modern games imo. But then the only genre of metal I really enjoy is (coincidentally) doom metal, so I'm pretty biased against thrash.
