    Apke bataye hue es yoga se mera 5 saal ka kamar dard me matra 7 din me hi aram ho gaya 90% tak ap Mahan hai mai ye yoga subah Sham 40,40 Minute karta hu,Apka sir Bahut Bahut hi Dhanywad

      @@AshokKumar-ml1nr Apne ko na you tube pr disc hu lete ka yoga dekhna chahiye lagbhag sabhi kamar dard valo ko yhi problem rahta hai fir second stage me sciatica ki problem hoti hai jo pa kro jati hai esi liye ap ye kare,Disc Buldge ka yoga 100% Pahle ya dusre din hi aram hoga subah sham kariye

    Apke asan Bht hi effective hote he guru Ji. Meri back last one year se pain kari thi Bht stiffness a Chuki thi. Mene apke Ye sare asan regular basis pe kiye he aaj Meri back pain relief Ho gai he .me daily ab apke batayee asan for knee pain and back pain wale karti hu. Thanks a lot. Gbu
