I tried Kpop Idol ITZY YEJI’S Diet & Workout for a day | Kpop Diet Challenge (Modified)

  • Another episode of Kpop Diet challenge! In today's video, I tried ITZY Yeji's Diet & Workout with a lil bit of modification. This is what I found about her diet plan:
    Breakfast: Watermelon
    Lunch: Chicken with Sauce
    Snack: Watermelon
    Dinner: Chicken Salad
    But since I just can't without the carbs lol so I modified the lunch and the dinner menu. Personally, I think ITZY members have the most realistic diet plan compared to other Kpop Idol diets (Mostly extreme) but still only recommended for the short-term plan (prob 3 days?).
    For the workout, I also didn't find any specific sources but she usually do pilates/ yoga for stretching in the morning and any cardio (HIIT/ Dance Workout) in the evening.
