Doesn't work. I ended up coping the entire column with the space at the end of each cell, and pasting it into a blank word file, and then proceeded to do the find and replace thing after which I copied and pasted it back to the excel sheet, and only then did it work!
The Trim function will only remove unnecessary spaces. This means that the space between Steve and Job will remain, but the unnecessary space to the right will be removed.
It isn't working for me. I have a column of over 500 links to our companies' internal files and I can't get that 1 trailing space to go away. To be clear all these files are coming from 1 agent. The files from other agents I can trim just fine. They are all on the same spreadsheet when they come to me to work. So confused.

If we want only remove space form the right "Steve Job "" then?
