Have the Purple 8BitDo controller and paid around $60 where Im from and wow the Gamesir controller actually looks pretty good especially for its price and I REALLY love a travel case.
Hehe yes it’s a lot like that except this one is so close to the “good” controller. It just lacks that little bit of finesse for your everyday controller.
I love this controller i rarely use it cuz i only got it for my mobile or cloud gaming 😂 but when i do use it its fine if anyone is having trigger or stick problems out of the box DONT RETURN it yet try to calibrate it through the app mine works great if you keep your expectations in check and know what youre getting itll be great you honestly cant find a better controller at this price with good hall effect sensors gamesir has been killing it lately
@@DC... nvmnd my other comment you can find calibration instructions in the owners manual which you can access through app thats how i did it sorry was thinking about my g7se with other comment🤣
@PassBluntBoss The on controller: Start+home+select Calibration? I guess that works if you don't push the triggers or sticks all the way. Manual is unreadable through the app. Website is legible. Thanks.
The issue I have with this is that the shoulder buttons are too loose. Also, I have about 200+ hrs using this and the triggers and face buttons(X and A) are now springy. Joysticks and dpad are still in prime condition.
No it isn't. On more expensive controllers it is. But not a default on Switch/PS5/XBO standards and most controllers don't have it. I think this is one of the best and cheapest with this feature.
Returning a Nova lite later today. I was having a ton of fun using it until it started getting completely strange phantom inputs near constantly. (E.G. in Metroid, it would end up morphing into morphball while jumping, with no other input than tapping jump) Sucks, because it is awesome otherwise, but I have an 8bitdo ultimate 2c for my Gal, which works fantastic. Grabbing another 8bitdo for myself so I can get back to AM2R - Multitroid without random inputs
So funny, of all the reviewers out there and the comments section below, I have seen this in reverse everytime (People complaining about 8bitdo's quality control). I guess it is one of those lotteries at this price point with anything.
I saw on other RUclips review that the 2C main drawback was an awful DPAD, was it not the case in your unit? Is it fine for metroid and games like that? I was deciding on buying a nova lite instead of the 8bitdo because of the DPAD...
The price is unbeatable, it can even go below $20 depending on the region. Plus there are actually exclusive designs for this, Iron Man and Captain America (Marvel Licensed). Edit: There is an app exclusive on android, but mainly for updating the firmware.
@krayozmines My wife LOVES hers, and she has smaller hands. I've just got me some big-ol mitts, and despite loving the functionality, I don't love the form factor (as much) personally. ^_^
Bro, could you tell me base on your experience, What should choice t4 nova hd or 8bitdo Ultimate wonkong edition? For triple aaa games and best shooting 3,2rd person? I'm using loptop windows 11
How do you update the firmware on the iOS app to make it pair to iOS? I think I need an android device 🎉o update it since the B and home button doesn’t work and they recommend using a and home to connect to iOS to update it but that doesn’t work
Great video! Problem with the 8-Bitdo Ultimate is that none of the bluetooth variants have the Xbox button scheme, which is what I want for Steam games. I know you can buy after market buttons but that's extra cost/effort for what is already a premium price for a controller. This Gamesir controller is exactly what I want for a fraction of the price.
The dongle acts like the Bluetooth connector right? Cuz my pc doesn't have Bluetooth. Sorry for the stupid question and also can you use it wired just in case the dongle wont work on my PC?
When using the gamesir nova, are the triggers analog when using bluetooth to pc. I saw someone say the triggers acted like 2 stage buttons on pc when on bluetooth but analog if using the cable. Can you confirm or deny this please.
Thanks for the video. I prefer the playstation configuration and my fav is the 8bitdo Pro2. I tried the gamesir T3s and it was ok but the build quality of 8bitdo is superior to Gamesir plus u can hear the battery shaking inside..lol😂
I bought this. And I bought the machenike g5 pro, both for 20 bucks which is insane. The g5 is a MUCH better controller. I'd say.. if you can find a pro controller for less than 30 bucks(which is pretty common), you'll get way more value. But I've seen these go for as low as 14euros. If you just want a cheap controller that just works and looks fire,. Then you can't really go wrong with this one.
I like the nova lite controller i got the yolk yellow or golden yellow version and i was very exited that it was xbox controller untill i was looking around the box of it
Was searching for an Odin 2 review from you but it seems that you dont have any. Would you give it a test/review in the future? You don't have to if you dont wanna and Ik you absolutely love the RP4 Pro anyways haha

Hey Mr Adin Walls, I hope you're having a good day. I enjoyed this video very much because I've been looking for a good cheap mobile controller. Yes if you’re after a more “normal” controller (I’m guessing your 8bitdo is the retro styled one?) this Gamesit is a very good deal.
its only $10 on aliexpress
Great video quality. Gamesir have certainly come a long way. Very impressed with their consistency and innovation.
