No, because the guy he would have picked at 28 is still available!!!!! So he trades back, get more and higher subsequent picks and still gets the guy.
They basically moved back 5 spots and got and extra 3rd and 5th not a bad trade

This is why we know the NFL is fixed. Why would you trade back and you need a receiver. But help the team that you can't get past get what they want.
Because you did not want Leggette or Worthy and the receiver you want is still on the board. The team you "helped may have got Worthy anyway, but you get a draft choice out of it.
