    Love the part about only doing short bursts when working on technique. I say the exact same thing to people who are trying to fix something in their rowing. 2-3 minutes, then stop to reset the brain and stop bad habits drifiting back in as the mind drifts away!! Great video (although you might want to set the actual timestamps?)

      The form piece seems to be more mental than physical! Thanks for the feedback. I had all the time stamps set to 00:00 🤦‍♂ Should be good now - thanks again.

      @@RichRyan no worries. And I'll take a look at your program when I get back from summer holiday. Need to do more than just base running to lead up to the new season. But also need to find a plan that fits around all my indoor rowing training... which is tricky!

    I think I might be doing things wrong . I attend 3 hyrox classes per week and also do two Zone 2 runs per week (alongside strength training).
    I’m guessing I need to be doing some faster paced running outside of the hyrox classes ! This is where I am going wrong as somebody fairly new to the sport …
