Nice! I recently added swimming back to maintain my triathlon conditioning while training for HYROX, but good to hear your potential support for it with HYROX too.
It’s a different fitness and always feel like I’m in my best shape during a swim block. Have me thinking because I haven’t in awhile. 🫤Keep tweaking things. Appreciate watching your success.
Thanks for checking it out! If you don’t have one already - An HR monitor is a very helpful tool to invest in to help keep the course for aerobic building.
@@RichRyan I got one and use it almost every session, very helpful. I also think I have genetically low HR, good to know intensity is correct. Will it be further training plans based on HR? Your training lately seems to be very successful thanks HR focus. Well done!

@@HeyWizz Get back in that pool! Would be interesting to see how it translates for you.
@ Yeah man. Swimming ties it all together to where I feel fit and get leaner also. Did a 3 hour hilly aerobic Zwift ride today but feel fit’ish. 😕
Great content and right into my 2025 goal to create high base aerobic fitness. Thanks for sharing
