Ferdinand Ries is really underrated as a composer. He is much more than a secretary, righthand man or London agency of Beethoven! I live in North America but I have never heard his works performed on a stage or media.
Thanks for the comment, you're absolutely right. I haven't heard his music in a concert hall either, but Ries is and will remain my favorite composer to whom I have listened to all the works recorded so far (fortunately there are plenty of recordings).

You need to edit your title and description slightly. It's Op. 181, not 18. And there's an 'o' at the end of the first movement tempo.
