@@buddhalaBaka I've added text and it's doing the same thing, but my subtitles settings are disabled, I can't select the check box to enable, but on a previous video it exported them fine without having to select anything
Had a small freakout after spending over an hour working on subtitles only for the final render to not have them. Glad the explanation was short and simple. Thanks for the vid!
You have to just create a preset the way he described. Call it RUclips Subtitle or something and just use that from now on. Copy all the youtube settings into this preset.
Hello Friend, sorry for my english, i'm writing from Italy. Listen i have a big problem and i hope you can help me. I not burn subtitles directly on video but i usually save them like .srt file for edit with others programs. When i save it with Davinci Resolve Studio, and try watch the subtitles .srt with same name of video on Vlc Player, i cant watch the subtitles, why? I also try to load directly subtitles from Vlc Player but they not showed on video. I saved it wrong ? can you try too? Please i need help as soon as possible. Bye
Ti ho visto commentare solo oggi. Parlo solo inglese, quindi ho usato Google Translate 🙂
Thank goodness we have people who actually read the manuals/instructions.🙏👍
:)
As Mao is reputed to have said, "one picture is worth 10,000 words". And more if it is a video!

i have a question, how to render subtitles in youtube 1080p using davinci resolve?
did you found a solution yet?
You have to just create a preset the way he described. Call it RUclips Subtitle or something and just use that from now on. Copy all the youtube settings into this preset.
