The ground near the tree stump is gorgeous. It will be fun to see how your leaf/canopy practice evolves. I love Eyvind Earl and his landscapes and sense of scale always come to my mind when I see the long shadows at golden hour over rolling countryside. As an amateur artist myself it’s been a goal to work out how to do clever things with landscapes and trees to get interesting senses of scale, perspective and pattern.
The art turned out so good. I really enjoy seeing you experiment and hearing your thoughts process. Great job and looking forward to seeing more of your videos.
If you’re having trouble with the tops of trees, I recommend two books: Drawing in Pen and Ink by Claudia Nice, and Rendering in Pen and Ink by Arthur Leighton Guptill. Even if you aren’t into drawing with pen and ink, both books explain the concept behind drawing trees very well, and some of their suggestions (especially Claudia Nice’s) translate well to wet media, like alcohol markers and watercolor. Tree tops can be tricky, but remember-nature is never perfect, so you don’t have to be either! 😉 Hope that helps! (And now I’m gonna go check out Sleeping-Beauty-guy’s artwork!)
Wow that’s gorgeous! I want to get some acrylic markers. They just seem pretty rare around here for some reason. And of course the price gives me a pause 😅
@@emrouleauart arrtx ones seem almost reasonably priced, unfortunately I can only find one shop here in Finland selling them and it doesn’t tell how much shipping will cost 🫣🥲
The mouse with his frazzled whiskers 🥹 I enjoy watching your art process!

Thank you! Ya some of them can be quite expensive but the arrtx ones aren't too bad price wise comparatively
