I wore the same dress every day for 100 days without telling anyone to see if people cared or noticed. Nobody noticed, not my husband, not my best friend, not my family. It was a v-neck short black dress made of wool, and I wore it many numerous ways and accessorized it as I desired. To be honest, I've always dressed minimally in classic colors, but it was eye-opening to really see that nobody cares what you're wearing or repeatedly wearing. There was an amazing freedom from societal pressure during that experience and many good lessons regarding keeping a small wardrobe with high quality, well- loved pieces worn on rotation.
Wow that is such a cool way to test it out! So true that no one really cares what we wear, so have a few high quality pieces we love on rotation makes it nice and easy 😊
actually, i don't really know if it's just me, but there are some pieces that my friends wear, that make me so happy to see. it could be design, a common memory or the way the piece just fits them perfectly, so, maybe, if you ever get insecure you can hope, that your clothes make someone smile cause it's their fav!
Thank you for the ideas. I recently stopped using paper towels. Instead, I’ve cut up old towels into 14 rags and use them instead. Granted, I do have to wash them daily but having paired down my clothing to a capsule wardrobe, laundry is now fast and easy.
Love that idea! I've been using rags for cleaning for a while now and have been trying to get my husband on board with saying goodbye to paper towels all together. He still likes having them on hand, but we've been working on using them very rarely and mostly just use the clothes. Love how much easier and simpler life is with little changes like this 😊
0:24 "The purpose is not... to make life miserable. " I think reducing inventory that we have to physically and mentally handle is actually key to being less miserable. Thanks for sharing these great ideas!
Books is something I can be never give up entirely! I like my small collection. I have a small, unobtrusive coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) that fits neatly into the corner of the bench. My minimalist coffee maker I call it. 😊 We call throw pillows cushions in Australia.
I could never give up books either, so glad for the library and free audiobooks! 📚🤍 Just looked up a photo of the Dolce Gusto you mentioned and it's so cute! And love that I learned what throw pillows are called in Australia 😊
My face blushes and gets naturally red too. One thing I discovered was that it got worse from face products that contain BG (butylene glycol). Low and behold it is a very common irritant / allergy and there’s a lot of info on the internet on it. I used to use Cosrx blackhead remover which contains BG as the second ingredient. I got rid of every product with BG and my redness has gone way down and I have whitish-skin again 😅
Thanks so much for the info, haven’t heard that before and went down the Google rabbit hole doing research lol! Going to take a closer look at my products to see if I need to make some changes 😊
So glad you like it! It's actually just a comforter from Target we got a long time ago (I'm too lazy to deal with duvets lol). Here is the link to the one we got 😊 www.target.com/p/full-queen-washed-waffle-weave-comforter-and-sham-set-gray-threshold-8482/-/A-54549448?sid=1897S&ref=tgt_adv_xsp&AFID=google&fndsrc=tgtao&DFA=71700000086347360&CPNG=PLA_Bedding%2BShopping_Traffic_Local_Traffic%7CBedding_Ecomm_Home&adgroup=SC_Comforters&LID=700000001170770pgs&LNM=PRODUCT_GROUP&network=g&device=c&location=9007527&targetid=pla-1677527204841&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA2pyuBhBKEiwApLaIO2y4GerA7WdWyvBYmTv8PNC7RkweBtSV074qB9akt656q6tJid5KxxoCw5AQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds&preselect=54549429
I think most of my clothes are from Old Navy and Target (I'm pretty basic lol) but wanting to start find more sustainable options for future clothing purchases 😊 Definitely going to be doing some videos about my wardrobe and style in the coming weeks! 🤍
Definitely not trying to butterfly cut again 😂 that was such a disaster lol. For the past year I have just been following this tutorial from Sophie Daquis 🤍 ruclips.net/video/pg-dBb719MY/видео.html
what are some of the things on your list? 🤍

What’s your skincare routine in the morning and night?
I'm planning to do a morning routine video soon and I can be sure to include my morning skincare routine in that one 🤍
I liked your video a lot Greetings from Panama
Thanks so much, I really appreciate it! 😊
Where did you get your purses and backpack from?
The small black purse and backpack I bought years ago at Target and the small brown purse is Michael Kors that someone gifted to me last year 😊
Where do you shop for clothes? Can you show your style and outfits
I think most of my clothes are from Old Navy and Target (I'm pretty basic lol) but wanting to start find more sustainable options for future clothing purchases 😊 Definitely going to be doing some videos about my wardrobe and style in the coming weeks! 🤍
Can you show how you cut your hair (:
