    Just what this 63 year old wing needs. Well done Tread well done indeed. To have had a resource like this in the late 70's... mercy! No wonder these kids (high schoolers) sit at mid nineties. In my day that was outlier heat. Absolutely mind boggling how far instruction on delivering a baseball has come.

      @treadathletics Enjoyed watching it; the application is a tad bit more difficult after 40 years. I'll get there. Some old folk like working a five iron r-l l-r on the range; I like, nay, love working a baseball. Your channel will allow me to accomplish this with minimal down days.

      Rotate the back leg in it will cue your arm into flip up

    Great video thanks! Is there a reason you don’t show any passive stretching I.e ER with a stick or something like that or is it just active approaches you use to improve it (the ones in video)

    External rotation is not possible due to a physical structural defect. The range of motion is very narrow. It only goes up to the side of the ear. I can't move backwards anymore. What kind of exercise should I do??

    how frequently should one use lacrosse ball on soft tissue? Is twice a day every day too much? Post/Pre throw? Etc?

      You should probably do this 2-3 times a week during your exercises. This isn't a pre/post throwing arm care routine. We will have arm care progressions in the future though so watch out for that!

    Do you have to force the rotation like use muscles or does it just happen when you throw hard?

    Do you only do this kind of work on your throwing arm or do you work some on your none throwing arm just to balance out your body?
    Also if you are a beginner at doing this kind of work how often per week would you do it? Everyday?
    Really loving this drills series you guys coming out with these days.

      You don't need to work on your non dominant arm, and we would suggest probably 2-3 times a week.

      It depends! Hard to say without a coach guiding you through the exercises to monitor your movements. Something we specialize in!
