    材料:
    📌鱸魚
    📌京蔥
    📌芥蘭
    📌蕃茄仔
    📌紅蘿蔔
    📌薯仔
    📌洋蔥
    📌薑片
    醃料:
    📌橄欖油
    📌胡椒粉
    📌鹽
    做法:
    1. 預熱焗爐至180度。
    2. 把魚去鱗去腸臟洗淨,瀝乾水份。用廚房紙抹乾。
    3. 把一大塊錫紙鋪放在一焗盤上,然後把魚放在錫紙上面。鋪上切好的京蔥,芥蘭,蕃茄仔,紅蘿蔔,薯仔,洋蔥和薑片,淋上橄欖油,均勻撒上檸檬汁,鹽和胡椒粉。
    4. 放入焗爐焗約18分鐘,完成!
    Oven-Baked Fish
    Ingredients:
    📌 Sea bass
    📌 Scallions
    📌 Broccoli
    📌 Cherry tomatoes
    📌 Carrots
    📌 Potatoes
    📌 Onion
    📌 Ginger slices
    Marinade:
    📌 Olive oil
    📌 Pepper
    📌 Salt
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    2. Remove scales and gut the fish, then rinse and pat dry. Use kitchen paper to absorb excess moisture.
    3. Place a large sheet of aluminum foil on a baking tray and place the fish on top. Arrange the sliced scallions, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, onion, and ginger slices on the foil. Drizzle with olive oil and evenly sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Oven-Baked Fish!
