A factory producing 50000 pairs of shoes daily. From sample of 500 pairs, 2 percent were found to be of sub standard quality. Estimate the number of pairs that can be reasonably expected to be spoiled in the daily production and assign limits at 95 percent level of significance.

Anyone wondering that if Sample size>30 and population variance is not known, then it would ultimately be t-test as we're replacing sample variance by population variance- I wanna say that it would still be z-test as the TABLE referred is z-test table, not t-test table.
