Step 1. Print a print quality report
Step 2. Open the front of the printer and remove ink cartridges
Step 2a. Order new ink cartridges here: amzn.to/2z1y1ry
Step 3: Flip up the latch holding printhead and remove the printhead.
Step 4. Place printhead in a plastic container.
Step 5. Use Best printers Cleaning Kit to flush the affected nozzle.

Step 5 b. Repeat cleaning if the printhead is not printing at all.
Step 6. Clean and reinstall printhead and ink cartridges.

Have this exact printer. Didn’t use it for maybe a year or so. And it wouldn’t print any black ink. It was all messed up. Bought this solution. Did what it said in the video. The black printer head had resistance when I first flushed it so I knew it was clogged. Finally it broke free. Cleaned all the other heads while I was at it. Put the print head back in a boom - worked like new. Highly recommend this product and solution if your printer isn’t working. Thank you.

I have the same printer. I have cleaned the printer heads, replaced the ink cartridges 3 times. Only getting supply system problem on the colored ink cartridges any other suggestions?

@@BestPrinters I tried to run both the clean printer head and align printer head. It will not do anything other than give me the error of Supply System Problem.

Has this worked for anyone?
I bought all new fresh HP inks. Bought his cleaner kit. Processed 3 X, and still SUPPLY SYSTEM PROBLEM error remains.
Last resort was to buy a new HP link. haha. They of course have moved onto a newer model so all the old ink is now useless.

How can I get my printer to print on heavy cardstock 110lb/300gsm paper
