always thought I was a high baritone. came to think that maybe I'm a low tenor, which kinda gives me hope since I'm a t-girl and I'd rather sing as high as I can. good job! I love your content, been here for a while.
You can absolutely extend your range! Check out chris leipe on RUclips, he's a 4 range baritone! It's all about practice and technique! Good luck, friend!

17:43 "I know can sometimes be a little aggressive." That was always my first impression of you. LOL. This is a wonderful range of vocal warmup. Thank you!
Love it! Thanks for watching! Enjoy the warm ups!
Jeff
Hi Jeff nice to meet you I been training under your voice coaching for like 3 years straight you teach the best I found yet I was singing tenor barely before 3 years later I'm singing high alto low soprano2 sometimes even up to soprano 1 thanks a billion your the best Jeff keep up the excellent job your good friend Andy Hodges😊
Good to see a new warmup for Tenor and Baritenor, with some new exercises and a friendly chat in the middle. Almost like an in person lesson. Definitely included in my practice sessioins.
Thank you Jeff! Worked on the Baritenor earlier this week, and I was waiting the Tenor. Now looking up for the Alto 🙂have a great weekend!!
18:00 new exercise. Hi Jeff! that one is a great vocal workout, thank you so much 🙌🎤🎶
You're welcome! Thanks for chiming in, singing a-long, and subscribing!
Jeff
Thank you! I'm current learning to sing and you helped me recover my real tone, tenor. All your warm-ups, with my studies of physiology of the voice, helped me improve much more my range, F2 - C6 without falsetto. Only gratitude for your work!
💕the best one!
Great warmup to start the day
Hi Jeff. During the course of six months I’ve been practicing with your videos almost daily, and I lately started getting annoyed that singing felt heavy and tiring. I was certain I was a baritone since I have a pretty dark voice. lol’ and behold I’ve done your tenor warmups lately and it’s like I’ve been reborn. Can’t believe it took me so long to figure it out. Thanks for all your great videos!
Awesome! That is amazing! Well done for having such a consistent practice!
Best,
Jeff
This was your best one yet!! So good. Thank you so much for all of your videos, they have helped me improve so much. Never stop doing this!
Awesome! Thank you! I appreciate it!
Thanks Jeff, been waiting for this one!!!
Amazing as always!!
Thank you so much Jeff!!!
Thank you Jeff!
Yes, thank you again! A wonderful Warm-Up that fits my voice perfectly and gives me the opportunity to explore and try things out. For now my second favourite together with the expanded vowels (and a diphtong).
All the best!!!
Dave
Wonderful!
Another great exercise,Jeff!
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for that! Thanks for subscribing too!
Jeff
Thanks!
You're welcome! Thank you so much for your generous Super Thanks!! I appreciate it!
Jeff
Hey Jeff thanks for sharing 🙂
I just discovered that i can hit an A#4 without using head voice O_O Thanks to the last exercice !
Very good video, I thought. The tempo suits me because it won't let me get a running start for the upper notes. I have to sing them and so have to keep my breath and phonation and pronunciation under control. Good video. IMHO.
Thank you, David! Always appreciate your thoughts on these videos. I tried to keep the tempo a little bit more moderate in this video. It would seem that that came through!
Best!
Jeff
I love this warm-up so much! Thank you so much Jeff! I'm trying to reach higher notes at the moment any advice on that topic would be great, will suscribe to your patreon once again on Monday as well🙌
Thank you for your kind words and thanks for considering rejoining patreon! Higher notes are all about allowing the vocal folds to elongate. Once you can smoothly transition across the secondo passaggio, many more options open up to you. If you haven't seen this series yet, it may be worth a look in:

I'm first to see this video.!
I am so sorry to bother you. I found this online about the tenor range: By Some Standards
Tenor = B2 - F4 or C3 - B4. I sing B2 - A4 and I can hit B4 and C5. My voice reminds me of the range Ed Sheeran sings in. I’ve noticed that my voice blossoms as I get higher in my range, it doesn’t sound deep but kind of brassy, bright, and a high tone. Please help. What vocal type do you think I may be? I would greatly appreciate your help.
does it really matter ?
Great question. I'm going to answer your question in Questions from Comments 38.
Thank you!!!!
Jeff
@@lexe2672 Yes or I wouldn’t have asked. No matter what my voice was classified as I know I have a nice voice. I just want to know. It’s that simple.
@@JeffRolka thank you so much! You are kind. Also I Love your vocal warm ups! Oh and excuse the ignorance but when you say Comments 38 what do you mean?
