I am only an enthusiast who teaches elementary students the basics. I hardly consider myself anywhere near TriKDanG’s masterfully creative caliber but I do incredibly appreciate your encouraging support.
I shall post more videos of my own creations in the future.

@@markmasaki1480 if trikdang is creative and master, then what is Jayson Merrill

@@ic2Yee Jayson Merrill is another master origamist that caters to the elite level origami enthusiasts. The upper crust, if you will. A smaller crowd of skilled folders can keep up with his amazing abilities. As a purist (no scissors/ no glue/ no tape, etc.) he values form over function. Tri caters to the lesser-skilled origami entry- level crowd and has done much to help build the paper plane folding hobby on RUclips. Both Tri and Jayson are among the best in their own domain, but both are important the hobby, and both are terrific to me.

@@markmasaki1480 true dude, i dont usually put tridang as a "master" since well, his planes are pretty boring now, always has fins, and stuff

@@ic2Yee perhaps, but I give credit where it is due. All founding fathers of any innovation will eventually become obsolete, but we must still respect and give reverence to what helped launch the movement in the first place. This is how I tip my hat to Tri’s contribution. My Kindergarteners enjoy this particular model that he designed very much. Some of their parents pilot real ones, and they wont criticize me for folding little paper jets. I won’t dog on Jayson Merrill for not designing actual real life vehicles like Michael LaFosse and Richard Alexander do. I won’t dog on him for not holding any World Records like John Collins and Takuo Toda either. It’s all superficial silliness to me. We should all just enjoy any progress and products of innovation and keep on improving on it together. I truly respect everyone’s contribution.
