I admire how he openly shares his heart with people and that he shares his loss. I am a social worker and worked in hospice for a long time. There is so much healing in sharing our losses with each other. We discover we are not alone and we connect with each other on a deeper level. It is scary to be so vulnerable, and I again admire the way he honors his mother, as well as John, Prior and all those lost to AIDS.
