Agree. I don't think he even considers himself a great singer. His focus is on character and story, which is where a good singing actor's focus should be. Never really liked his sound, but he is a masterful performer..

I remember seeing his show when he did it at the Curran in San Francisco in 2012 and this was one of my favorite parts.

one of the greatest songs in theater. Jackman’s voice is a bit thin for it. And he did more acting than singing it. Good try though.
