Nice review but I find it odd you compared the e2008 to the Zoe and mii? Yes they are cheaper but they are if anything alternatives to the e208. Hyundai's Kona or the e-Nero from Kia would make better comparisons. Even the ID4 or possibly the BMW i3 could be considered as all of these cars have a higher ride height and only have 2WD. I don't understand this SUV nomenclature when all these vehicles are actually Cross-overs or CUV. Time to drop this SUV hype on any vehicle with slightly more ride height.
The real crucial thing with electric cars is NOT the range on a full charge, but how, where and how fast you can charge it. If Peugeot had 20 dedicated super fast chargers on every single gas station and the car could charge from 10% to 80% in ten minutes no one would need more range than around 150 miles. A fast charging car with shorter range is much better than a slow charging car with longer range, as long as we are talking about atleast 150 miles as a starting point.
Just a small point, I wish all manufacturers would put the opening for the charging port at the rear of their cars. This would encourage you to reverse park.
@@AN-qi2sm well the e208 starts at £28k, so the e2008 would be AT LEAST £33k, but probably more like £35-36k. Add in options and you're starting to hit Tesla money. It will be a hard sell for many
