My mother passed away December of 2020 at the age of 59 from cancer. Adapting to an empty, silent house after caring for her for years was so hard. I just wanted to say how sorry l am for you. I hope you’re doing the best that you can. It is such a strange feeling to not have ones Mom. I remember going grocery shopping for the first time after my Mom had passed. I had cared for my Mom too, l didn’t know how to shop and l just started crying. Every part of your routine changes, and your world gets so quiet. These videos do help.

I still imagine Santa’s real during Christmas. I know he isn’t and is just a way for parents to get their children to behave during the holidays, but Christmas isn’t the same without the jolly fat man.
@thisguy4517 same. it's like the disney magic. it's more fun when you buy in. you can know in your head it's not real and still feel it in your heart. and the best part - if youre lucky, you CAN make santa claus real, by becoming him. by bringing gifts or cookies or just christmas cheer to the children who believe...could be kids in your life, or donate toys to the childrens hospital, operation santa, etc....we all can be santa and make the christmas magic a reality.

I'm finally here to embrace the thing I've been running from, in hopes it brings back that long forgotten feeling Christmas used to bring.... I miss my family, haven't spent a Christmas with them since 2018 when we were homeless and trying to just enjoy our times together.... I miss the days full of laughter, going for walks all bundled up from the cold, the days of setting up a tree with lights and celebrating the yule together.... It feels like it was forever ago since Christmas felt right, like it felt when I was a child.... I've run away from celebrating it for years now as to not taint that memory, but I really need that feeling again right now

I immediately gave it a thumbs down, expressed my thoughts, clicked away, and hit the doohickey that says, "Don't recommend channel." The poster claimed that they couldn't fix it without deleting and reuploading...but WHY was it there in the first place?!?!

Last year I used to have this on as I worked out in my basement my cat and best friend, Squeaks, was always with me. It was a great holiday she laid under the tree like a present like every year. She died from cancer on June 13th 2024 and every day since then I have lived my life feeling like I'm missing something. It is December of 2025, I am working out listening to this music with no one. Things aren't the same, but all I can do is appreciate those I do have this holiday season, because they or I may not be here next year.
My parents both died this past year, my mom only a few months ago. Christmas Eve was very special for us growing up and even as we got older it was still beautiful and magical. For our children as well. My family, especially my parents made it that way year after year. Watching this makes me very sad while at the same time happy and appreciative. The warm, wonderful memories will never leave me, I just wish my parents hadn’t. Beautiful video, thank you ❤

This has been my go to place for a couple of weeks. Especially when studying I sometimes feel this loneliness eating me up inside as if all the troubles ive been through in my 15 (and a half🙂) years of life are back. Not an expert but i think this is called stress and being sensitive and this video helps me snap out of all that and focus on whatever I need
one thing i love about Christmas is the LIGHTS. Candlelight indoors, and the colored, or even white, lights outdoors. Jesus said, “I am the Light of the World,” and all the lights in this otherwise darkest time of the year is a beautiful reminder of that. And of course, I love, love, LOVE all the Christmas music!!! She and I loved Christmas We celebrated Christ’s birth, listened and sang music, watched Christmas classic movies, displayed and enjoyed the lights, the whole season! Hear I am sitting on my bed trying to get to sleep at 5:44am in September and almost crying at the thought of being around family during Christmas day and having fun. It is seriously so crazy how much I love the cold weather and drinking hot cocoa while watching a Christmas with the fam. Like from two days before/ the day of Thanksgiving till Christmas is my favorite time of the year. The weather, the Christmas lights, the ambience, and to me the most important part.. the freaking music. Without music Christmas for me would never sit well with me. Music makes me just feel all sorts of emotions that I am so glad that I am able to experience. It’s August 20th 2024 and I am here patiently for that first leaf to fall. For that cold air to hit my face as I walk outside, hot coffee by the fireplace, seeing the first snowflake to fall and for Christmas to finally be here. Although we have lost the Christmas spirit over the years I am determined to make this Christmas a especial one. It’s going to bring us the cheer back into our hearts and those smiles that won’t fade away for a long time.

It’s July and I’m listening to this. Christmas is my favorite time of the year even if the cold kicks my butt and puts my asthma in crazy mode. The music, the calming glow of the lights, the hot cocoa, the surprising yet satisfying sharp cold feeling after stepping out of a warm building, waking up on Christmas Day and opening presents with the people that matter most, wearing winter clothes is a highlight of Christmas. When the festivities are over it leaves you with an empty feeling, but gets you excited for next year. If I could, I would make every single day Christmas Day, but then it wouldn’t be that special.
Just found this place, I will have to show this to my friends.. We've had a really shitty year. Far to much to contend with, the Election, inflation and just the world feeling like it's gonna implode. But we've gone so far out of our ways to bring this feeling we all had loved so much.. We all love the Holidays. Autumn and Winter.. our favourite seasons.. for the feeling of being closer with those you love and cherish in your life.. a way to simply toss all of the fear and worry from the year out into the trash.. our vow to ourselves is to try and keep this feeling alive all year in 2025. It’s interesting how Christmas can make a person think of both happy and sad memories when Christmas is a time for joy and laughter and spending time with loved ones, and the celebration of the birth of Jesus. Is it too early to start thinking about Christmas? I love being surrounded by friends and family members and relishing in the joy of the season. At the same time it makes me sad when I think of all of my family members who are no longer with me. My wife was recently diagnosed with cancer and despite the prognosis being good, it still scares the hell out of me. My grandmother lives out in the countryside and this reminds me of the Christmas Eves we had at her house. I am going to miss that as she will be moving in with my mom and dad sometime soon since she's grown old and rather lonely. Those Christmases will be a wonderful memory to look back on.

I remember going grocery shopping for the first time after my Mom had passed. I had cared for my Mom too, l didn’t know how to shop and l just started crying. Every part of your routine changes, and your world gets so quiet. These videos do help.

@thisguy4517 same. it's like the disney magic. it's more fun when you buy in. you can know in your head it's not real and still feel it in your heart. and the best part - if youre lucky, you CAN make santa claus real, by becoming him. by bringing gifts or cookies or just christmas cheer to the children who believe...could be kids in your life, or donate toys to the childrens hospital, operation santa, etc....we all can be santa and make the christmas magic a reality.

I'm finally here to embrace the thing I've been running from, in hopes it brings back that long forgotten feeling Christmas used to bring.... I miss my family, haven't spent a Christmas with them since 2018 when we were homeless and trying to just enjoy our times together.... I miss the days full of laughter, going for walks all bundled up from the cold, the days of setting up a tree with lights and celebrating the yule together.... It feels like it was forever ago since Christmas felt right, like it felt when I was a child.... I've run away from celebrating it for years now as to not taint that memory, but I really need that feeling again right now

I clicked one the other day and scrolled through to see what people were saying. A few mentioned that the last 5 seconds were an abomination. Curious, I skipped to the end and GOOD GOD...I believe today's youth refers to it as "earrape"??? I immediately gave it a thumbs down, expressed my thoughts, clicked away, and hit the doohickey that says, "Don't recommend channel."
The poster claimed that they couldn't fix it without deleting and reuploading...but WHY was it there in the first place?!?!

Last year I used to have this on as I worked out in my basement my cat and best friend, Squeaks, was always with me. It was a great holiday she laid under the tree like a present like every year. She died from cancer on June 13th 2024 and every day since then I have lived my life feeling like I'm missing something. It is December of 2025, I am working out listening to this music with no one. Things aren't the same, but all I can do is appreciate those I do have this holiday season, because they or I may not be here next year.

My parents both died this past year, my mom only a few months ago. Christmas Eve was very special for us growing up and even as we got older it was still beautiful and magical. For our children as well. My family, especially my parents made it that way year after year. Watching this makes me very sad while at the same time happy and appreciative. The warm, wonderful memories will never leave me, I just wish my parents hadn’t.

This has been my go to place for a couple of weeks. Especially when studying I sometimes feel this loneliness eating me up inside as if all the troubles ive been through in my 15 (and a half🙂) years of life are back. one thing i love about Christmas is the LIGHTS. Candlelight indoors, and the colored, or even white, lights outdoors. Jesus said, “I am the Light of the World,” and all the lights in this otherwise darkest time of the year is a beautiful reminder of that.

Hear I am sitting on my bed trying to get to sleep at 5:44am in September and almost crying at the thought of being around family during Christmas day and having fun. It is seriously so crazy how much I love the cold weather and drinking hot cocoa while watching a Christmas with the fam. Like from two days before/ the day of Thanksgiving till Christmas is my favorite time of the year. The weather, the Christmas lights, the ambience, and to me the most important part.. the freaking music. Without music Christmas for me would never sit well with me. It’s July and I’m listening to this. Christmas is my favorite time of the year even if the cold kicks my butt and puts my asthma in crazy mode. The music, the calming glow of the lights, the hot cocoa, the surprising yet satisfying sharp cold feeling after stepping out of a warm building, waking up on Christmas Day and opening presents with the people that matter most, wearing winter clothes is a highlight of Christmas. When the festivities are over it leaves you with an empty feeling, but gets you excited for next year. If I could, I would make every single day Christmas Day, but then it wouldn’t be that special.
It’s definitely a highlight of the year and something to look forward to as you move into winter 💙

Is it too early to start thinking about Christmas? I love being surrounded by friends and family members and relishing in the joy of the season. At the same time it makes me sad when I think of all of my family members who are no longer with me. My wife was recently diagnosed with cancer and despite the prognosis being good, it still scares the hell out of me. She makes Christmas special with all of the things she does to make our house "feel" like Christmas. Be well everyone. ❤🎄

My grandmother lives out in the countryside and this reminds me of the Christmas Eves we had at her house. I am going to miss that as she will be moving in with my mom and dad sometime soon since she's grown old and rather lonely. Those Christmases will be a wonderful memory to look back on.
I’ve listened to this video for the past 3 years and can’t say how much I’m grateful for this channel I’m still here July 22nd waiting for the holiday season, the snow to fall and mostly, the family memories of the holidays.
