  • Create a stunning black and white flow acrylic painting using the poured or fluid method where poured paint its directly applied to the canvas.
Here are the materials I used:
    - Unprimed Tempered MDF Hardboard amzn.to/2qjWf9Q
[If you want to save a load of time and headache get ones that are already the pre-primed kind (like this: amzn.to/2qPd9k7) more expensive but much quicker to get started ]
    - Daler Rowney White Acrylic Paint (available at many craft stores or on Amazon amzn.to/2qbBkKR)
    - Black acrylic paint (just about any brand works but DO NOT use Apple Barrel!!! Folk Art amzn.to/2qgi2Ab is the cheapest I would go on this)
    - Silicone Oil (available at many hardware stores or on Amazon amzn.to/2rzI9pm )
    - Palette Knife, any kind will do and you can find it at any craft store or big box store in the craft section (this is a decent set - amzn.to/2qW7PKh)
    Thanks for watching!

Thank you for THIS, right here! sooo much more technique, other than dump a bunch of paint on a canvas and tip it to the edges. This is insightful, takes experience and thoughtfulness to achieve a desired look. I will be referring to this later. BTW I loved the story and contrast. The silicone oil on white with color sounds like an amazing idea

You can get 2 oz. bottles at Wal-Mart for .50 cents or 8 oz. bottles at Hobby Lobby $9-$10.The better the paint, the better the outcome is what I've heard.Better pigments, tints and films etc...Creamier too.
