in slow motion you pick out the exact point the sweep leg is picked up from static start, how far the left foot pivots to center, what the left hip and knee is doing as the pivot occurs, where the discus is held at during each of the movements, how the right foot makes its 1st touch at center, and where the left leg is at the same instant., and how the throw is started at the initial touch of the right foot at center. a person that doesn't watch all these things in slow motion can never truly understand the relationships of each movement made during the throw, and expect maximum performance each and every time.
just learned so much watching this...
I'm gonna use this for track man!
Imagine throwing a punch like this
You'd literally kill anyone.
he's a beast!
Allah 'ına kavuştu maşaAllah
he uses his power leg but its really really rationally, not much extension but enough power to win a gold medal lol
why the approach in slow motion? Do you really expect someone to watch 30 seconds of slow motion wind up before the throw?

Its weird how he doesn't use his power leg, its almost all arm.
But hey if it works, it works.
I'm going to practice the shit out of this tomorrow. I need to hit 130 on Thursday
Goodluck man
Red X thanks
