- Well collectors, here we are again! Nobody seems to read these description boxes so I won't waste time with the details... and they're pretty much business as usual anyway.
In additional to the cold steel there are some interesting pieces of bric-a-brac.
BOILERPLA... ER, GENERAL INFO:
I'd like to thank each and every one of you who take the time to watch DtC, and am very grateful to everyone who takes even more time out of their day to comment. In a perfect world Tom or Ob would be able to engage with everyone in the comment section, but alas the world is far from perfect. Tom doesn't know how (and refuses to learn) and Ob is a major Luddite paralyzed by techno-fear.. He's convinced his phone is spying on him.
FAQ & A:
Q: I have a burning question about something in the video! What should I do?!
A: An email sent directly to Tom is the best way to get your question answered, because while he most definitely reads each and every one of your comments, he hasn't quite gotten the hang of replying to them in the comment section, and is not likely to in the foreseeable future. Or ever. Seriously, he still calls RUclips "the U-TOOBZ". Just email him, srsly.
Tom's personal email is: herrwittmann@gmail.com
You can also call him if you prefer (856-866-8733) between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, EST. This may be slightly more difficult because he's forever running around away from his desk, but it's worth a shot.
Q: I have an amusing anecdote, scathing criticism, or heartfelt compliment that I deeply need to express and I require / demand / long for a personalized response! What should I do?
A: See "A" above.
Again, Tom's email is: herrwittmann@gmail.com

❤❤❤ thank you Sir and Son Gruß Felix From Düsseldorf
The one photo album with the "hand made" looking cover... if you look closely, that swaz is made from 4 photograph mounting corners... very cleverly placed 😀
The guests make it more interesting, flow better!
After all the political BS and being punished by RUclips for something, I'm still trying to figure out, it is so nice to sit back and relax and watch Tom really work that Bob Burns cutter.😃
One of the beautiful things about collecting. A few minutes to mentally escape the BS of every day life.
Burl Ives snowman lol
That Tunic, WOW!!! thanx for another great video guys, till the next time, Take care.
When the DAF submitted the design of the cap to the RZM they misinterpreted the meaning of the colored piping to indicate the political regional level of the wearer as with the NSDAP political leaders caps with the light blue indicating Orts Gruppe level as opposed to the DAF’s intention of rank.
Mint is ok, but the story sells it for me...ya dont see many snapped kreigsmarine dagger on here eh ;)
Assman catalog is a reprint, but still a great reference to own. Publications of the period were not bound as this one.
Looking dapper in that blue shirt, Mr. Wittmann. I like that. I like that a lot.
Great special effects, Ob !
Morning coffee with the guys so have a smoke a drink and enjoy another great vid 👍🏻🥃🚬
I would love to add a good suhl SA to my collection.
Will you get that cigar out of there ! 😂 👍
That Hitler Youth handbook is EXCEEDINGLY rare. I've seen one before, and it was priced at around $800 and this was some years ago. In fact, it's so rare that I did a google LENS search and did not find that cover and that is truly saying something as we are talking BILLIONS of imagines. I would add this to your collection, along with that Hitler Youth Belt and pin. Clearly, that's a grouping coming from the same child. I believe that handbook is very mid 30s
It shows up on SAF buyers group from time to time, normally sells for around 180TW (so like.. 200USD)
It is not EXCEEDINGLY rare YOU just don't know where to look
I believe that is an AH fish knife for Dover Sole… Great video as always!!!
I think it’s definitely a fish knife, definitely uncommon to see
@@DavidRussellFerguson it's definitely a COMMON fish knife but uniquely once owned by the 3rd Reich
Ohhhh helllllll yeaaaaaaa!!!
Got mitt uns, keep the videos coming!
Hi both! Another great vid! I have reservations about that HJ doll ,there is absolutley no wear on the base , a bad sign because after 80+ years there would be! All the best ,Ross (England)
Only if it's been displayed on the base for 80+ years. That's a piece of kitsch.
❤👍
Yeah I was going to give you the idea every Milestone having a guest PS give me a shout out Mr Whitman love your videos keep them coming PS say Hello app for me LOL
You scared me there for a minute … thought you were going to open that first box before pouring the drinks! 🥃🥃
Retired Navy Corpsman living in the Philippines. My 10 yr old son really loves this stuff. Is it possible to give estimate prices so we can have a idea. A good friend Marine Buddy is bringing my son something for his birthday. My buddy is a big collector. Thanks
A lot of the items end up on his website sometime after the video unless they sell beforehand
Ah that’s where he is … Andrew ..
That youth doll might walk around your house at night lol
I’d take that blade and have it restored, it’s a rare maker and none of the scratches seemed deep enough to prevent it from being taken back to factory with sanding stones and skill. Luckily all of the scratches run the same direction as the graining would run so that makes the possibility of a good result higher.
Always a great show! I love the stories. The one in the bank vault is my favorite!
Great video. Thanks for sharing. What would that sword go for $ just curious thanks
Should be a packing award .
Well that early SS generals sword kinda takes the cake tonight. his criminal photo certainly makes it interesting. nice police genral uniform and other nice daggers. i well enjoyed this video. thanks for sharing.
Hi guys
I have the opportunity to buy a Christianswerk Solingen SA dagger. Is it a rare dagger? And is it worth the money. The Price is just a bit over 1000 euros.
And it’s in very good shape
That not a super-rare maker, but not a super common one, either. Definitely one to hold on to if the good is good.
Sir, who is the girl with the head scarf in the pic behind you. I’ve always wondered.
Johnny and Barry & Michele are the best guests!
Back home from school. Perfect time to watch some Thomas Wittmann militaria.
1st time on this channel, are you buying these? Why people sending stuff? Knife is for fish
Yea I like just watching you and Ob do your thing smoking and drinking I do wish you would tell one of your wonderful stories about past experiences they are fascinating to me!!!!

Interesting that Pancke was only given a short prison sentence (5 years) by the Danes, even though he sent 1000s to die in the concentration camps.
Lighting your cigar is not annoying
