How to repair old concrete steps

How to repair old concrete steps ‪@GrantKeysProperties‬ This Is how to make your old concrete or rock steps that are trash, into a nice looking entry to the house for only $3. I am just using my hands and some brick or block mortar, with water. Wet work area first. Mix together, thicker or thinner mortar consistency. Let dry and brush off. Let dry for 24 hours at least before a second coat if needed. Do the same process till it’s all buffed out. If you need to in bad spots like I did, put the rocks back in place the first day. @@spicy7109 It did! She is 80 years old. Complete new water, gas and sewer drains. Basically brand new except for the exterior and I am going to make that nice as well!

As a 25 yr cement finisher and brick mason, this is not a repair, it's a patch at best, like hanging a picture over the hole in the wall. sorry man 👎

@@tblock64 That is fine that you feel that way. I am very happy and I’ve been doing this type of thing for 10 to 15 years and not one of them has failed. I’m very convinced that this three dollars will be very well spent have a great one.
