Very nice. I grew up skating in the 80s and was super lucky to have a rich neighbor that built his son a huge vert ramp just like this. It was so cool to have access to something like this a few doors down. Sure everyone that skates your ramp is just as stoked as I was.
Thats rad, unfortunately it took until I was 48 to get mine, but better late than never. I know they all love it but I think I get the most stoked seeing them ride it. 👊👊
Sweet ramp! I just got my dream come true last year. With a debacle between the city and federal government here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
City had to move their million dollar paved pump track just outside my backyard. Instead of the intended space along the river pathway. Due to denial of Access of federal lands. Forced them to build a pump station along the river. Good deal for me. 😊
Great outcome, chances like that don't happen every day. No excuses now. 🤣🤣

Hey Nick, you could be right about that. Would Stevenage have been a little wider maybe. 😁😁
@@pearsing01 I think Stevenage was 24 feet wide, but there was a massive tree right by the edge. Made things a little hairy if you got a wobble on the flat!

I've heard people call it "Coking the ramp".
(it's particularly helpful on metal)
It does work on metal ramps for a while. 👍
There was me going to ask you whereabouts in the UK you were. Nice ramp, not too high. Love how considerate you are towards your neighbours. Don’t know if you’ve done it but a bit of expanding foam either end of the coping reduces a lot of noise. I’ve subbed brother 👊🏻
Not it the UK anymore. Victoria Australia. I thought about the foam in the coping but I like the sound. If someone mentions it I might. Thank you. 👊👊
@@pearsing01 yeah, you can’t beat that sound. Where are you in Victoria? Lived in NSW from 92 to 95 myself till I met a English girl and moved there.

No not that I can think of everything works well for me. It's the perfect size to learn lip tricks on. And that's what I built it for. 👍👍
Me and my buddy are building this exact build over the summer...ive watched both videos and screen shot your plans. Is there any way you could share the dimensions of this beautiful ramp!
Thats so cool to hear. The ramp has a 9ft9in tranny, 6in vert, is 20ft wide. That size was perfect for me and my garden but if I had the room I would have gone maybe a sheet wider. 👍👍
