Madam I made this curry just now. The colour of your ground masala looked yellow. But whilst plating it looked Red. My masala curry was red. Hence this query

Hi Merlyn the masala is yellow .it depends on the chilly powder. Once cooked the color changes

It was good but I did not make it spicy. Ma'am if you use Kashmiri chillies the colour should be read but you're was yellow

Hi Silvi, its the same curry. After some time the color changes. The final pic depends on the camera.
