Rebecca, I am writing on my DF account. I wanted to let you know that you can do this. I am completely normal and I had an auto immune disorder and I was there at six with a few other things that are life-threatening. The doctors made me get off of there and eggs immediately. They were in integrative medicine. Doctors I think it’s also called functional medicine. It was hard in the beginning… but then I got used to it almond milk. It’s absolutely delicious depending on which one you get the blue diamond to suck me like milk but better there are variety of gluten-free noodles that are delicious. Are used the cauliflower noodles for my crockpot cooking. And I used Tinkyada brown rice noodles for any other kind of pasta that I wanted to make and they are absolutely delicious and have so many varieties just like buying pasta the regular way. I don’t really think but I heard is the water in the chickpea cans to bind things together. I was on that diet for 2 to 2 1/2 years and it made my autoimmune disorder go away. They slowly started to allow me to eat some eggs again, but even though I would buy a pack of eggs I would barely use it. So you can do this girl!!! Lots of love❤❤

A tip for the dessert, it's always good to roast/light cook the nut flour (i.e. almond flour) as it brings out more flavour and kills any toxins that can produce oxidative stress in your body. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this video. Thank you!

    • @tanyaannn

Dates are definitely high in sugar, so this would not be considered low-sugar. That being said, a healthy body is able to process a normal amount of sugar, like the amount included in a few dates. These can definitely be included as part of a healthy diet full of vegetables, quality protein and healthy fats. :)

this is an amazing menu! btw chicken should be cooked to at least 165F for safety. I think you meant 125F for salmon

Thank you! And yes, the cooking temperature was an unfortunately error. I've added a correction as the pinned comment but I understand not everyone may see it either.

Yep, and so is quinoa. This is not a Paleo meal prep. :)

PLEASE do NOT eat chicken that has only reached an internal temperature of 125F, the minimum safety standard is 165F set by the U.S. Food and Drug Association (FDA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).This is not a negotiable, like good quality beef. Poultry should be cooked to at least 165F for SAFETY. Honestly negligent in the video.

Hi Kait, Thank you for bringing this to my attention. This was a voice over error. We use Celsius degrees here in Canada and I definitely made a mistake while converting it. I completed agree, 165F is the minimum and I would never eat or recommend to anyone to do differently. I've changed the closed captions and added a comment in the description box and as a pinned comment.
