FC, I saw a different video that showed that setting a product to distributing charges you money based on how far the products need to be sent. Have you tested this or noticed it happening? Not that I don't trust what I saw but I always thought it was free.
Make a test save with a couple of million so you can test things like that for yourself. Hutan Pantai is the best for that as you have alot of land next to the store.
