No one sleeps like me when watching videos like these :D . I been sleeping on the side with my arm under the pillow for like 30 years now, I know its bad since it presses on my shoulder, I also have flexible shoulder sockets? So I can press it out almost. But I just cannot sleep any other way.
People do get their specific positions that helps for them individually, thank you for sharing as this could help someone else!

I sleep at a 45 degree angle to help drain my sinus and improve allergies as well as relax my head into the pillow. The way I avoid stacked pillows hurting my back/neck is to prop two at 45 degrees and then one supporting round king pillow at the back near a headboard. I also make sure that my shoulders and back are both on the propped pillows to keep my neck be back straight. Do not let your back lay flat on the bed while folding your neck 45 degrees.

Hello! Great info as always. I have a concern about massage guns. I have one but my PT said not to use it or have any kind of more aggressive massage. She said as we age, that type of massaging can break apart the soft tissue. Is this something to be concerned about? Thanks.
So what about people like myself who rotate through side, back and front? I rotate pillows all night and never get a good solid sleep. I have spent so much money on pillows that promise the world and I still wake with a neck ache!

Will those sleep positions with the pillows help with constant nerve pain in the neck? Mine is localized, does not go dowm my arms.
Bought a very firm pillow that is sold for both side and backsleeping positions and comes in different heights for side sleeping. Has helped reduce the neck pain.

When I get a lot of bloating, I can’t use a canal pillow. It’s also hard to use a canal pillow when I am moving positions a lot.

@3:40 my shoulders / neck don't like any position I put them in; if I sleep in that position my shoulders are thrown forward and I wake up totally stiff. Seems I have to sleep on an incline / sitting up to get better breathing.
Have you ever tried a neck collar to wear at night. Amz has them but don’t get a soft one it want hold your head up.

It is very difficult to find a thin pillow in stores! I went to Macy’s today - NO pillows were thin!

You buy a small pillow stuffed with wool pellets made by my friend Barbie. It adapts every other pillow to perfection.
I'm really surprised that in the side sleeping there was no recommendation of also using a pillow between the legs⁉️

2nd that. I have to sleep sitting up because of breathing problems. Historically ppl slept sitting up.
Neck pillows? The few times I've fallen asleep sitting up they helped avoid a kick in my neck
