  • The Inspector General Of Police, Martins Okoth Ochola, has officially retired from the Police Force after 36 years of service, having joined in January of 1988. Baker Ssenyonga Mulinde captured some of the moments as he formally handed over office to his Deputy Inspector General of Police Katsigazi Geofrey. #NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition
