I can directly see that lump behind my tongue is clearly visible is that got severely enlarged ...i have no pain nothing just afeeling of lumb in throat Plz help
Same here 😢 and I have really bad tonsillitis and I get tonsillitis 1 time on every 3 to 4 months whenever I eat colds and citric fruits 😢 I can't even eat pinnacles which is my favourite

I don't think so. Lingual tonsils is different from lingual tonsillitis. You may be having lingual tonsils
