How is the money raise? Do attendee's pay a flat entrance fee or do people pay for each dish they sample? Who pays for the food and supplies? Organizer or each restaurant is paying for it and their time for the cause?

Organization puts it on and sells tickets. Most product is donated. Chefs are provided a small stipend to cover their expenses and travel.
