The game really felt like "Death Stranding" + "Nobody Wants to Die" for me. I'm hoping that they will be able to pull off the story and cinematography even if the gameplay remains simple.

This has elements of the Jason Borne movies, and Coma, to me. Throw in the Matrix, and a video game I can't quite remember that I once saw Insym play some time ago.
yeah... i don't know about this one. didn't really do it for me. I really liked the integration of the settings, but it felt like the devs did not do a great job of meshing the symbolism of the absurd visuals with the actual message of the story. And the pacing is not what i would call optimal. I guess I'm just not usually super impressed by visuals at this point. I'm mostly focused on writing, and I didn't find the writing here that impressive. But I also wasn't entirely impressed by the writing for Nobody Wants to Die either, and people really loved that one, too. Different tastes i suppose.
