Dude, Hearing insym say the name of this game out loud was trippy. We don't hear him speak dutch often. and he barely has an accent when speaking english, so its really cool to hear.
Hey! My brother is the person who made this game! He worked so hard on it and it is so fun to see people explore and enjoy his game! He deserves the love! (Also fun fact if you didn’t know, the big house and garden is inspired by my dads house in a small village in groningen!)
Loved watching this live. I love how he likes to complete games, doesn't give up at setbacks, and doesn't care he has to redo things like the entire garden because he prefers to go find absolutely insane ways to die/get new endings. The community is really fun too!
loved watching this one live, like youve said before these games where they mix horror elements and tasks such as farming make for a great combo. would love to see more games like this in the future! also cant wait for the kitties 🥹
I just played the game before watching this, and I am in great pain when you found the free lighter. I got 100% acheivements, and had no idea that was there the entire time. I always bought it from the Gas Station, but getting one for free in the Park would have made getting the "Complete the Good Ending in 10 Minutes" achievement to light the Candles around the Pumpkin.
Eggball, I loved how you were confused by that haha. Eggball is eierbal in Dutch, a Groningse fried dish, looks a bit like a kroket with an egg inside. It's very nice if it's made correctly.
The roses in the beginning were a refference to the soldiers that died during ww2 in the netherlands. They had rose seeds on them so when they died, roses would grow there. What country the soldiers came from I cannot recall. I figured this because it was planted 60 years ago which, depending on the time of year the game is played, is during ww2. Edit chatgpt: During World War II, some soldiers wore roses in the Netherlands to symbolize their role in the liberation of the country. The practice is most famously associated with Canadian soldiers who participated in the liberation of the Netherlands in 1945. This act of wearing roses, particularly white roses, was seen as a gesture of peace, hope, and renewal after years of occupation and hardship under "Bad word" rule. Some soldiers also wore red roses during the liberation of the Netherlands in World War II, particularly Canadian soldiers. While white roses were symbols of peace, purity, and renewal, red roses carried additional meanings of love, respect, and sacrifice. They symbolized the deep bond between the liberating forces and the Dutch people, as well as the sacrifices made by soldiers to free the country.
Oh wow, I didn't know about the soldiers carrying rose seeds! I do know that roses held, and continue to hold special significance, though I'm unaware of any specific ties to the Canadian military. The White Rose was a German resistance group founded by students of Munich university that denounced the violence of the nazi-regime and stood for peace, hope and purity. Many members of this resistance lost their lives. After the war, the French Meiland gardens named one of their white roses 'peace', and the white rose became an universal symbol of peace. The red poppy became the universal symbol of remembrance, first specifically for WW1, but later for both wars, inspired by Canadian field medic John McCrae's poem "In Flanders Fields". Poppies often grow on battlefields, specifically modern ones, because they thrive in places where the ground has been overturned and poisoned, and nothing else will grow. "Roses are red" was also an important code phrase of the dutch resistance in Krimpenerwaard, signaling the dropping of weapons.
@@lilyayora Learnt this in my dutch history school book and videos we watched there. I honestly am quite unsure like stated in the message because it has been a while since I've read that book. I do feel it's mostly true. Thanks for the extra insight!
FORK ROAD on Steam is a game you should look into! Also I loved this gardening game play through, super chaotic but really cool twists and connecting puzzles. And Congrats on the upcoming new kitty addition to your home! I never comment, so I’m just throwing everything in here 🐈
Birds have very poor sense of smell so touching the babies indeed usually won't do any harm smell wise. However they are simply fragile and people also often take them away thinking they're abandoned while they're just learning to fly. Best course of action may be to leave them be or put them somewhere safe higher up.
I loved this game! All the endings didn’t overstay their welcome. It’s one of those games I could happily go back to and rewatch again. Thank you Insym
I wonder how getting the sword early could be useful? It’s only used to end the apocalypse, but you get it then. My first thought… was to use the sword to get all the people since the shears didn’t work!
I never expected this game to be so goddamn incredible to be honest! Totally unique and mysterious and overall an amazing experience! Had tons of fun watching this live even if my brain was kinda burning by the end! Cool little gem of a game!
Hey Insym, you said you liked games where you can replay to learn them. The Outer Wilds is basically that whole concept. It's like this but spread across different planets. It's a longer adventure game though so I don't know if it would suit this channel.
He's actually played it but it's an older video. If you go to the About section of his twitch page and scroll down, you'll find links to videos for older playthroughs. It's without the more recent DLC however. 🙂
that's a pretty interesting puzzle game. I enjoyed thinking that are the items are for. My mind is a little mushy after two hours so there are parts that I kinda forgot, but did he find use for the popcorn? Did he made the picnic in the secret garden?
Listen, guys, I don't disagree with the "Great video/professional content" comments, but you could actually watch the video before scrambling to comment before anyone else. With the influx of bots it just makes people doubt whether it's a person who wants to comment first or a karma bot.
So, I know he got all of the endings, but how many of the polaroids did he end up fully solving? There's one thing in particular that I'm curious about: what if you dig up the blessed sword then bring it to the orb and hit the orb with it?
Every time I watch one of Insyms videos I will always play them on repeat, they just feel so calmly.

The bird thing is an easy thing to repeat to keep people/toddlers from messing with eggs and babies, which are both fragile.
Its fun to know the devs are dutch themselves too :)
2:13:48 THIS IS THE GUY THAT THE "GARDEN OWNER" (orb) WAS GLITCHING INTO! So it was his true nature showing.
Here it's "Where you born in a barn" cos barns didn't have doors here till the modern era (and the saying is old) xD.
My boyfriend always asks me if I was born on a subway train

Hey Insym if you liked this game then you will definitely like the game "Reventure" has a lot of endings and a lot of humor.
Hooray a long video can't wait for a new horror game :D
Even the game's name - correctly pronounced - sounds like something from horror. :D

Ayyyyyyyo??
Hey man, i love watching your videos! But your lack of precision while cutting grass made this video hard to watch for me :/
Dutch pronunciation jumpscare a few seconds in.
