I've been to that spot. It is such a peaceful place. I like it right at sunset or at night when you can see the stars through the leaves. Thank you for sharing this guided meditation. It helped me to take a moment for myself and just be. It didn't help the ad interrupted it half way through.........
Thank you soooooooo much for this meditation. We went to America 10 years ago. Visiting many beautiful places. When we were at Sedona only my son and husband got out of the car, because it was too hot. Now you have given me the opportunity to see what I have missed. At the end, opening my eyes, seeing you smiling makes me happy too🥰
