Was watching MTG Mudstah gameplay a few days ago, think someone used a boardwipe to kill Ygra after a Fade Into History was played. Feel like this is another instance of boardwipe instead ofnsingle target removal.
I am already brewing two of the legends (I want to brew three but I personally feel like Jund Winter card would be fun only for the person playing him. His design is amazing and really powerful but I can't do that to my friends) Anyways, the two I am brewing (mainly one so far until I see what is in the other one's precon) they are Zimone, All-Questioning & Aminatou, Veil Peircer. With Zimone, I will definitely be running Mirror Box, Mirror Gallery & Sakashima of a Thousand Faces. These are there to get rid of the Legend Rule to create more copies of Primo. I have built typal Fractals before with the Quandrix Dean but she was way too slow. I am going to add all the cards that manipulate +1/+1 counters & The Ozolith to bank them; the token doubling enchantments & creatures like Deekah, Fractal Theorist, Biomathmatician, Manifestation Sage that all make Fractals their own way as well as the cards, Sequence Engine, Paradox Zone, Geometric Nexus, Fractal Harness & Body of Research. I need to look up some proliferation creatures that don't have toxic or infect (just don't want them in the 99) and add them. Finally, Danny Pink will draw you a card whenever a Fractal is created & Kodama of the West Tree will allow you to use the amount of creatures you are creating to make sure you end the turn with a prime amount of lands. Sorry for the long post, wanted to give people ideas if they were also brewing Zimone.
The first time each turn waters it down greatly. It’s a similar effect to the wise mothman where it’s “something happens, put a +1/+1 counter” but mothman, can continue growing rapidly while this at most will get to a 3/3 by your turn again. Don’t see this ever getting stronger than a PL 6. These precons seem like they tried to keep the power creep in check
@@The_Dying_Rosedefinitely agree with you, but WOTC has destroyed what a “PL 6” means for people nowadays. It’s that running joke where many say their deck is a 7 with 2 card infinites, a dockside, heavy stax and instant rebuilds post board wipe. I had a game last night where it was 5-6 precon level and a person said he switched out 5 cards for his prosper deck…. Yeah one of those cards was dockside, can’t imagine what the others were….. So in essence, either build strong decks or get stomped. It sucks. And it’s all WOTCs fault tbh. So them trying to roll it back with these is laughable. The raccoon had infinite landfall trigger in its set, creative energy from MH3 had two infinite combats. We just need to accept that this is the new low power. WOTC needs to pick a lane and not flip flop
Seen a lot of hate for Val in the precon. I think it's quite strong personally. Drawing 4 a turn cycle I rakdos is great and it's got the mothman effect of being a gigantic flyer too.
“I’ll just sleep with the light on” 💀
Pretty much how it is😅
The intro 🤣

@@George-mm8cr probably a good thing, nice to have some decks that aren't crazy strong.
